I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but most of you wouldn't do any of these things because the commissioner isn't a dictator. The salary cap is subject to, and a product of, the CBA. Rule changes have to go through a rules committee. The owners have to vote on expansion and/or contraction. A majority of owners can remove the commisioner.
