Give me five Magics.
Five LeBrons wouldn't get along.

Yeah. These teams need to be considered in conjunction with the schemes they'd play.

Wemby needs a special defensive scheme. And offense that doesn't depend much on handle.

KG has better man defense on the perimeter but lesser defense in other ways. He also has better handle on offense but less proven shooting range. So perhaps conventional schemes work for him in more matchups, with Wemby schemes as a fallback.

Lebron, Tatum et al. could just play Heatles schemes, or modern schemes in general.

For 5 Wemby's you space them out out on defense blowby and kick it. Can five Wemby's defend their guys one on one? And on offense they are going to have problems floor spacing.

Remember the guys they are going against are going to be all stars and likely be able to all hit knock downs 3's. I'm pretty confident a healthy Kawhi would be quick enough to consistently get by Wemby at that point the defense is collapsed and it's finding the open guy.

Who will have faster recovery speeds to close out on open guys -- the quicker KGs (who also are harder to blow by) or the longer Wembys?

In two dimensions I'd think KG, but a Wemby closeout is also worth a bit more vertically.

5 Artests they’d probably even beat the fans. 5 artests vs 5 butlers would be amazing too.

Prime LeBron is probably the best answer here. But an underrated pick would be Deni Avdija. As far as players who can do a competent-to-very-god job playing all 1-5 positions, he's as versatile as it comes. He's not a liability at any spot, can bulldoze his way to the rim, get to the FT line, kick it out and shoot it reasonably well, and is a very good and versatile defender at any position.

5 AKs would be great, but he is a bit better than a "role player" imo.

I do not see much appeal in 5 Danny Greens.

I didn’t mean to lump Marion and AK into role player, just Danny green.

I know it’s a bit of a stretch but I’ve always wondered what a team of all “Danny Greens” could do. Tall and lengthy. Doesn’t turn the ball over or commit bad fouls. Can 3 and D. Can switch anything. Make free throws at 90%. Obviously the problem is creating shots and scoring. But with a high iq, commitment to team basketball I think it would be a fun experiment.

You probably need a bit of a higher caliber player like a Shawn Marion to make it work.

Don't get the Garnett mentions. He wasn't a great perimeter defender, didn't have great handles, nor was he a great shooter. This competition really doesn't suit him.

First guy I thought of.

giannis has kinda struggled with ball dominant guards, I dont think giannis 5x would be ideal given how bad the spacing would be.

If one Giannis dominates without a strong jump shot then 5 would be even more unstoppable. Once Giannis gets the defensive rebound he would push the ball down the opponent's throat. You dont need spacing when attacking transition defense. Giannis would run teams off the floor.

Jokic, Wemby, Durant for me

Ideally a player needs to being able to run point, shoot 3s, create off the dribble, catch lobs, run the lanes on fastbreaks, guard elite perimeter players, and rebound against + guard Shaq at least competently at the defensive end. That is a very short list.
Rest in peace Kobe & Gianna

The funny thing is a few years from now we can actually watch a basketball game generated by AI with 5 clones playing together. This is gonna be fun.

LeBron KD Gianni Wemby the best choices
LeBron's NBA Cup MVP is more valuable than either of KD's Finals MVPs. This is the word of the Lord
