This draft?
Yep.
Numbers 8, 19, 22, 26, 27 and 36.
I dont think they understand how the lottery works in NBA.

I love it. Everyone knows next year is a throwaway play the young guys season. Reset the roster and prime for 2027.

By the time Tatum is back he will have nothing to play with
Tatum will come back to play with Brown, White and Prichard. They should be still competitive. They also should have Simons (if not get traded again), Niang and probably Kornet.
Considering KP was always injury and Jtue was missing many games, its not a huge drop.

Sucks for me as a fan but I guess we've got our salary ducks in a row now and I trust Brad to make the right moves for the franchise. Would have at least liked something more exciting than Georges Niang tho lol.
I didn’t see Steven’s being able to pull any magic out of that one. He’s an expiring that is can’t be counted on to stay healthy.
I wonder when the team actually needs to be below the apron in order to not have to face the penalties? Otherwise a guy like Porzingis on an expiring contract can be an attractive trade deadline piece - where you might even be able to get someone to overpay. In any event, now that this deal is complete it makes sense for all parties and no one got screwed.

While it's great to have all those and the means to take them, I'm thinking these will be useful bargaining chips in trades for veterans and expect at least a couple will change hands tomorrow.

Yeah, Brooklyn almost has to make some trades soon.

No. Hauser probably next and I'm hoping that's the end of it.

- Raptors RealGM Forum re: Masai Ujiri - June 2023What an absolute failure and disaster this franchise is, ran by one of the most incompetent front offices in the league.

This is a salary dump to get under the 2nd apron, don’t read into the demise of Boston or anything as they’re the first victim of this but many others will follow.
