Unfortunate for us because whether he ends up being paired with Shai or Wemby, the league is doomed. Hopefully he goes to the Lakers instead to balance things out for parity sake. Can't let Shai just win everything.

For parity’s sake? The Lakers? Could be worth taking the gold glasses off.

I almost spit out my coffee. The team that has been dominant for decades because players have forced their way to LA for generations and was gifted a Top 6 player last year for questionable reasons.....should get a top 3 player to team up with the Top 6 player....for parity?

He's the franchise leader in points, rebounds, assists, blocks, games, FG%, win shares, efficiency, BPM, individual accolades.
That escalated in 2021. After this, it's only even more stats.

Maybe you should list Kareem's accomplishments.

With the Bucks?
Why don't you list them instead?

Imagine how many free throws Giannis will get on lakers. He will pick up the slack left off by AD and then some

I feel like he's gonna go to Toronto.
My lifetime better have a Knicks championship.

Maybe I'm just remembering a handful of loud voices but a few months ago Bucks fans were saying they had a good team and would be much improved this year. Turner was a massive upgrade at center, Giannis MVP year, losing Dame was addition by subtraction, etc. Life comes at you fast.

He has no reason not to ask for a trade. The Bucks are cooked. He got them a chip. It's time to move on.

Bucks fans just seemed to have disappeared altogether. Has even one commented in this thread yet?

The point though is that their starting point guard was Kevin Porter Jr. Just shows how hurt the roster is.

I mean, things could be different, but I don't see a turnaround. It's been a steady downfall for years.

In the 2 games KPJ actually played this season he has put up really good stats? I don’t see how he is being labeled as a bad starter

Plenty of players put up stats, when there isn't anyone else to do so. I mean, someone has to, right?

I mean, an example on my own team is Mathurin. I don't think he's as good as the numbers he puts up. He wastes a ton of possessions on offense, loses focus on defense and very often is a net negative player. You can put up stats and still not be a positive influence on winning.

Their new starting lineup has played less than 26 minutes together and is +24.
They're going to give it a shot before pulling the plug.

Thought exercise: Would you do Tatum and change for Giannis? Bucks could tank and you would compete this year.

Doubt we will. Don't think we should. Giannis is a great player who OKC clearly doesn't need and we are still too far away from contention to go all in on. .

Idk if that's true. Wemby, Fox and Giannis is an incredible core three (replace Fox with Harper if you want to use Fox's salary). I don't think that's too far from contention

I don't see how he doesn't end up in SA if he moves, which honestly is the best outcome outside of him going to your team. Give OKC a real foe to go against.

And Milwaukee should be able to get a nice haul from the Spurs.

He will end up on the Lakers. I've been saying this for a while and I'm going to be right. The league would love nothing more than to have their next iconic Shaq/Kobe Kareem/Magic duo with Giannis/Luka and it's going to happen.

What's an offer from the Spurs and Rockets look like?

I assume from the Spurs, it would be Barnes (expiring), Kelly-O (expiring), 1 of Johnson/Vassell, 1 of Castle/Harper, Sochan plus all the picks?

Houston, I assume would be FVV/Eason/Jabari/Adams plus all the picks?

I'd probably take the Spurs offer.

How about the Lakers trade Luka for Turner. You know, for parity's sake?
