Sadly for Trevor, he's not creative enough for this.

If they want Dwight back, he'll be there.

agreed...but, i'd still watch him to see what he does...

Stern needs to take the dunk contest out behind the woodshed and put a bullet in it. It's been limping around for years and puking and crapping all over the carpet. It's time to put that doggy out of it misery.

If it's still limited to 1st-3rd year players it should be Green, Moon, Gay and Nick Young.

They don't have one for the 3 pt shoot out, why have one for the SDC? I say they shelve it, and also expand it to 8 participants:

1 G Green
2 V Carter
3 J Richardson
4 D Mason
5 J Moon
6 A Iguodala
7 K Bryant
8 C Paul [token short guy]

Do not circumvent the language filter; this is a warning. -mod

8 guys is too much now..we aren't seeing enough **** from 4, 8 wouldn't change anything..all you need is good participants..

Dwight will entertain..Moon has hops, so I think he'll be nice..Gerald Green will probably be the 3rd guy, and he's the defending champ..if only James White could somehow participate..

d12 is in his 4th and outlaw is in his 5th year, so they might be out for this reason alone, havent seen much creativity from Ronnie Brewer, but it might just be because sloan. I think he could think some things up also Ronnie Price can fly for a little guy.

The 3rd year or under thing is stupid, especially now when no one who fits that qualification is any good aside from maybe Moon and Gay.

I figured I would just use this thread, even though it hasn't been posted on in a couple days:

Green to Defend Dunk Title
Gerald Green has accepted the NBA's invitation to defend his slam dunk title at this year's All-Star Game in New Orleans. Green said he has some dunks all ready to go, and we'll make sure to catch up with him for as many details as possible before the contest.

I still can't believe Iguodala had it thrown off the back of the backboard, caught it, dunked it, and didn't win...

Green
Moon
Nick Young
J Smoove

That's the ideal contest for me this year. No short guys who sway the judges votes and screw up the contest.

I wouldn't mind seeing Dwight back again, a kiss the rim dunk would be something else.

Dwight was boring last year. The sticker dunk was nothing.
