Watch the Pacers try to do this against the Heat...they will appeal if the league suspends their players for the same act Wade did.

How did Jr Smith get suspended and not Wade? C'mon son.

The thing is that Lance was there the whole time. Wade was coming at him and when Lance saw it, he went out of the way. Wade still made sure to him.
Edit: Seriously, why would Lance even try to draw a foul there? He sucks at hitting FTs. It doesn't make sense.
Read my post again, it was one or the other.
And why would he be facing Wade when Lance's team is on offense?
Well, I already explained what it was in my opinion.
Lance had just completed a no-look pass to Paul George and he gets show-boaty after a fancy play. That's all there is to it. I'm not screaming bloody murder about Wade's play but I don't get why Lance gets heat on that.
Nothing would have happen if Wade did the normal thing and didn't hit him in the head.
Understood, although there is really no reason to still be there.
But to me it makes no difference, it wasn't worthy of a suspension

I didn't say that it clearly warranted suspension. But if JR Smith got suspended then I could see this leading to a suspension as well.

JR was a lot different, he was literally right next to Terry with both of them being still near the corner of the court.

Absolutely.
If the league's basically going to do nothing, it's up to a team and it's players to take care of it themselves.
If Wade pulled that stuff against the Celtics,Lakers or Pistons of the 80's, it would only be one time...trust me.
None of those teams put up with that and had no problem using fisticuffs to put an end to it.

Stevenson would have been suspended AT LEAST one game. Same reason JR Smith was suspended after barely grazing Jason Terry on a clear out after Terry repeatedly tried to slap at Smiths nuts.

not the same, one was a collision the other was intentional.
JR admitted he was clearing space, dude told on himself.

Different? Sure...what Wade did was both more dangeroys and the hit much harder than what Smith did.
Terry was clearly trying to goad Smith, who had been killing them up to that point in the series, into an altercation by slapping at something other than the orange ball (go look at the replay). What Smith did could be argued as simply trying to clear space (Terry should have been called for a foul well before that as there was clear contact with the slaps) and barely clipped Terry who was in his space. Players do that all the time.
Stephenson wasn't doing a thing other than to change direction to recover defensively and basically got forearmed in the temple at full speed.
IF what Smith did was worth a suspension, then absolutely what Wade did is also worth a suspension. And any "didn't want to put a team into a great disadvantage" excuse is BS because the Knicks were in cruise control up until Smiths suspension and Smith was playing great. After the suspensionSmiths entire game and cinfidence was thrown off and carried over into the Indiana series. That suspension was critical in changing the momentum of the Knicks for the rest of the playoffs...so no, don't give a flying ass about what this could do to imbalance this series for the Heat.
If the NBA was fair they would suspend Wade. Clearly they didn't bsuspend Wade because of his perceived status as a star just like they did suspend Smith because of the perception of him as anoutcast. If Stephenson did the same thing he'd have been suspended because of his rep as well.

Lol. If that's true, JR is pretty emotionally weak, and the Knicks aren't going to win anything relying on a player that fragile as their second scorer.

Go look at the replay. Unless Jason Terry was nearsighted, where he was slapping was not whete the ball was.

Lol. If Wade has to resort to kicking guys in the nuts and fore arming guys in the head, what does that say about him?

Yep. If Stephenson did that to Wade, he'd be gone and the Pacers would have been in a big disadvantage going into game 3.

If you feel that it was unintentional then fair enough.

Losing your temper and shoving someone is **** regardless of the call that made you lose your temper, for or against you. It's irrelevant. You still can't control yourself like a child and physically lash out. That's what Wade did. At least Mohammad could say that Lebron started it by reacting unnecessarily to an intentional foul. Wade had no provocation what so ever.
If that minimal amount of contact is enough to warrant shoving a guy than there should be a ton of shoving in an NBA game. Players are taught to do that to create space for themselves. That Wade feels he should be above having to suffer through such a move is not Rip Hamilton's fault. It's Wade's fault for being a spoiled priss who lashes out like a child.

He did a little extra with the intentional foul (start at 1:01). He swung down on him as if he were about to take an open layup. If he was then it would be a good foul, but fact of the matter is he swung down on him at half court. Usually intentional fouls away from the basket don't involve swinging down on people. A simple wrap up would cut it. Not for Nazr though.
Minimal contact? That's an opinion. If it was minimal, he wouldn't have pushed Hamilton. I'm sure people have tried to clear space on Wade before, this isn't a first time in his career. As a viewer it doesn't look like much. You have to take that into account. Just like Wade's foul on Kobe. It didn't look like much, but in reality it broke his nose.

He's not a great person? Does have two rings though, and is probably getting more.

Terry reached for the ball. Once. Then JR swung. Comon man. Wade's was worse but Smith was just stupid.

It says his physical skills are eroding, which means he's on the downhill slope of his career and he can't cope.
