Congrats to Bama advancing to Elite 8 in decades, too. Upset over UNC.

Anyone impressed by Grant?

6'10 with a handle. Not sure if this was just a random good game or if this kid has legit potential as a pro.

He came to Bama to get drafted. He's been playing poorly most of the season until TODAY. He def. has a nice offensive game, and he has decent eye for passing too. I don't know if one game is enough to get drafted. I think he has 1 more year of eligibility. We'll see how things fall out in the pre-draft process in a month or two.

He needs a bit more confidence in his own game, assertiveness. And some muscle.

He seems to be explosive for his size, so I wouldn't be shocked to see him on a roster.

Like was said on page one. UConn goes back to back. Only team that can beat them (on a neutral court) IMO is Purdue.

Yes, very good handles for a tall lanky kid. Could be a legit pro somewhere. NBA, G League, overseas, etc

Now someone just needs to beat UCONN and I’ll be happy with anyone winning if it’s not Duke.

Disagree. Purdue's perimeter players are too small and wimpy to match UConn's defensively. That's their achilles heel. I think Tennessee can stop them. And Houston. both teams got tough physical defenders through the lineup. UConn isn't shooting the 3 well in the tournament so that's going to help defensive teams.

Oh agreed. They’re the most well oiled machine right now. It’s going to take a team to be on their A game and for UConn to have an off night. But it’s March baby, anything can happen!

Cyclones battled hard, not enuff offense.

1st Elite 8 trip since the 2005 season (lost to UNC in a close championship game) for the Illini.

Man what a night. Caleb Love gets bounced and UNC gets bounced and so ends the 5 year career of Bacot.
