Look on the bright side regarding TNT. At least we don't have to sit through another 200 commercials for "House of Payne" and "The Bill Engvold Show." Even one more and I might start digging out my own eyes with a spoon.

Oh and to NO-KG-AI, who "Lol"ed at me for saying LA's rebounding > the Spurs', yeah, LOL. I guess the fact that LA basically outrebounded the Spurs during the series means nothing ehh???

What y'all have to say now???

Wow. Now I've seen people get owned on this board before, but that was

I've never actually watched "House of Payne", but from watching the commercials, I have no idea how that show is still on..I thought it got canceled once they stopped showing commercials, but I guess it was just until the new season began..

What a season!

Getting back to the Finals feels so sweet.

I guess my prediction about this series came through too. I predicted that LAL would win in 5, and that the Spurs would win game 3.

Sucky series loss for the Spurs...

The Lakers were enough defensively, actually being significant, and very good offensively with a better bench.

The Spurs couldn't quite score enough, and the bench was a 1/2 notch off or so from the Lakers

Spurs didn't match up enough with them, ultimately, and the Kobe factor.

Also really didn't help that Manu had a couple legit physical factors hindering him, and, I don't believe in injuries not being a factor in ability to play, becuase they are. Surprised Barry and Thomas didn't play more in this series, Barry earlier, Thomas as a whole.

Props to the Lakers, they were the better team.

With eventual re-tooling and some new blood in the off-season, the Spurs will continue to be a legit contender. Duncan, Parker, and Ginobili are all still in various points of their primes, and Bowen is still a terrific defensive player. Pop/Buford will make some adjustments around them
The Playoffs don't care about your Analytics

that Gasol/Kobe pick and roll is unstoppable...they should use it more often.

No sir, half-baked cop dramas are not my cup of tea. And neither are half-baked family sit coms. Although the Finals just won't be the same without watching Bill Engvold dig his daughter's thong out of the laundry basket 50 times during the same broadcast. I feel cheated already.

Man, if Memphis doesn't at least try like hell to get a big time FA this summer (possibly Okafor, Josh Smith, Ellis, Biedrins, Iggy, or maybe Arenas or Jamison) I'm going to be so frustrated at the world. Because otherwise they will have had no need to be so desperate to get expirings for Pau right now.

I personally wouldn't mind digging out his daughter. Shorty is bad
