The 2012 OKC trio were way more talented just lacking in intangibles.

Furphy on SGA, gives me flashbacks of Kyle Singler on Steph Curry.

I stopped watching in 3rd. Was checking the score mostly. It's too boring for me as a neutral.

Also what happened when OKC played the Heat in 2012

Nah that one was a bit different. I'm not going to argue OKC was better but they just gave a bad account of themselves in the finals. Philly/Indy is much closer to the underdog pulling off a win before the inevitable defeat.

Yeah the 2012 Thunder were inexperienced but they had a better record than Miami and were favorites for a lot of people going into that series. The talent level of that team was absurd, 3 future MVP's, Serge Ibaka, Derek Fisher, Sefalosha for defense... they were stacked.

Caruso and Wiggins combined 37 points off the bench.

I have no skin in the game. OKC is playing better than Indiana this game. But let's be real, the foul calls are very one sided in this series. I don't think I've seen Shai be called for one offensive foul on his push offs...

I would be happy if OKC wins, I would be happy if Indiana wins. Fouls are fouls.

There is no shame in losing to a prime Lebron. They just needed more time

I thought we would see a big Wiggins game in the previous series. It was only a matter of time before he got some burn.

Pacers did what they needed to do and take 1. However, OKC is such a great team that they can even take both in Indy.

uhgh....pray that, with adjustments, the lows of this offensive game were a fluke and on to game three.

Or you don't know basketball. I've played and coached. One team is allowed to be more physical than the other. That's all.

I love this retort, like you have a monopoly on basketball knowledge that no one else on a basketball forum has

How ironic, its actually what you did in your initial post

More talented yes on offense, but all three of this OKC trio are two-way players. It does make a difference. The defense is there every night with them.

2nd best player with choke tendencies

Turner moves like a pirate with a wooden leg

Can't help but see that pacers need a legit powerful driver to get in the paint. Siakam is the best driver and he's not explosive or powerful. Hali wants to dance and step back. Not enforce his will at the rim

Startling to see how neimbhard becomes ineffective with body to body defense. Guy looks weak and off balance
