Players drafted 20-30 range could be easily given up by teams and be out of the league... the Spurs developed them into good rotation players to stars....
Tony Parker, Gorge Hill, Corey Joseph, Kyle Anderson, Murray, now White...and Beno Splitter... man it seems they never miss, they develop their players the right way

White is going to be an All-Star caliber player for years to come. Seriously. Guy is too efficient in how he plays. No wasted motion. You can tell he picked up some cues watching Tony and Manu.

I picked Spurs in 6, Denver has all the trappings of a early exit and Jokic's defense is as bad as I thought it would be in the playoffs, zero rim protection and if he's caught on a guard he's dead meat.

Jokic is a fukin useless pylon, what he gives you in offense is severely negated by his horrible defense.

Now that my heart has calmed down some, Derrick's previous career high was 26 - which he matched by half tonight. It was his defensive tenacity and smarts that willed us through rough patches and got us going on offense. I thought Jakob did a great job staying front of offensive players and disrupting shots. Great touch and timing around the rim for rebounds and layups and putbacks.

There was a lot to improve on tonight, but we weathered a storm, counterpunched, and pulled through when it mattered most. Now it's prep and on to the next one.

And I'm off to do some deep breathing exercises...

Denver is a sub 500 team on the road. They really milk that altitude advantage. Hard to see them winning either of the remaining games in SA.

I had DEN in 7 initially, since despite their inexperience and coaching disadvantage, they had the best player

But it looks like he's getting cooked out there by SA guards. Didn't think it would be this bad

See how easily I can twist the narrative?

Can people just stfu and let the series play itself out? Its seriously annoying hearing all these hyperbolic takes based on silly and contorted narratives.
Yes let's all keep quiet until the playoffs are over

When people say things like Denver has no shot, or the Spurs were about to sweep, you just sound silly. You're not Stephen A Smith, keep the crap fanboy takes to yourself. Even in the case that you're right - your assertion is still pretty baseless. Denver isn't a 54 win team because they roll over. Expect a battle.

Wonder why you didn't quote me?

Spurs are an even worse road team and rely more on their home advantage which is arguably best in the league

after Spurs stole one on the road i knew the series was over. Home teams win out for the rest of the series

Malone is a terrible, terrible coach. Maybe the best thing that can happen to the Nuggets is losing this series in 5. But then again, maybe he would keep his job even then.
