I don’t mind not taking the timeout but why wait until the last second? When down 1, you should always go early so you have time to play the foul game if you miss.

Poor coaching decision not to take a timeout there. Poor decision to help off Harden and leave him wide open in the corner for a game-leading 3 too. Boston deserves this L.
