everyone treats a 12 ft game from embiid like 9/11 but giannis just had 20 and 32 in different games this week and that is good ethical hoops i guess. Luka just had 14 in a game on bad shooting in a bad loss. No one cares. When its Embiid in a game the sixers won and a game that he carried them to victory it seems to break everyones brains. People are freaking out over a game he shot 17 for 25 from the field and calling it bad basketball.

just say you dont like him and be done with it. There is no moral grand standing, this is called not liking someone and crying all over the internet about it all day every day.

Now here is a comment i will repurpose and you will see how ridiculous it is

"watching the bucks is such a chore, Giannis and Dame combine for 22 free throws a game and its just awful to watch them constantly take advantage of the rules. Im glad we only face them x times a year because if they were on my team i literally would stop being a fan"

Hmm. Top 5 guys who are MVP candidates are all foreign players. All are in their prime or ascending to their prime.

Are we to the point where we could make the All-Star game USA v. World?

Yes please! It's the only thing that might make it watchable.

Mind you, the NHL already tried it and it wasn't any more exciting than the regular East vs West, but for the NBA guys it might be different.

A big no from me. The top 5 are foreign and then there is a massive drop off after that. It would be pretty unfair for the American-born players who are much better than the likes of Nikola Vucevic and Franz Wagner to miss out.

Is he talking about Embiid or everyone else in the mvp conversation other than Jokic?

Unless the game serious, the US team would dominate

I just wondered how you can go 9/11 from the line if you take 12 attempts.

Then I realized what you meant.

VanVleet should be the frontrunner so far in my estimation.

Or Dillon.

I could be talked into Sengun.

This Mavs team is so unbelievably sorry without Luka. It's genuinely astonishing that some people don't even have him top 3 in MVP conversations.

More concerning, should be the Nuggets and how they've looked against the Nets.

I mean, it's gotta be a concern. They have everyone but Bruce Brown, and they aren't dominating like last year. I get the Chip hangover, and most likely they'll be fine, but this has been going on for a while.

Jokic with 24/9/7/2/2 (0 turnovers), 66/100/100 shooting splits, +18 with him on the court at the moment

Nuggets down 2.

Lol. Crazy supporting cast tonight...meanwhile two players provided 64 points to support Embiid's slow start tonight...

Yes, the Nuggets bench has been brutal tonight. When they're even average, I feel we might have a stronger bench than last year's team.

But when Strawther and Braun are 0-8 combined with 3 rebounds and 1 assist between them in 25 minutes, well it's going to be rough.

Last year was a fluke. Again, Jokic is bad at defense

Bird would have won 4 rings with that team, in this weak ass era of basketball.

It's like clockwork. Do you have a bell that goes off anytime Jokic is mentioned?
