OH you don't know how obnoxious Philly Fans are in person lol. I go to school here and it's so irritating.

I see that you're a fellow Penn Quaker. I hope everyone doesn't get on you too bad when the Celtics get hammered! I suggest you drown your sorrows at Smokey Joe's or New Deck Tavern lol.

If the Celtics were healthy I think they would take the series. The reality is they are too undermanned and at some point the injuries will too much to overcome. Sixers will win this in 5 or 6 games.

I have a feeling we're going to see this series many times over the next 5 years or so...probably in the ECF tho.

Home Court only comes in to play in Game 7.

I like Boston's chances even without Irving. I went with Celtics in 7.

I picked 76ers in 5. So far I got every first round series correct including # of games, besides Cleveland-indiana. 76ers just have way too much star power here for Boston to overcome the injuries.

A few of these could be blowouts. 6ers sweep

It's my understanding Brown is doubtful for tonight. I would assume they'll hold him out because there are 3 days until game 2 on Thursday. Much more likely to see him back then, especially if the Celtics lose game 1. I bet if they win game 1 they hold him out of game 2 also.

I'm not buying it he's playing tonight.

Yeah me neither. He'll be on the bike keeping his hammy loose.

After high ankle sprains, hamstrings are the worst. It wouldn't surprise me to see Brown try and play and then have to be pulled after a couple minutes because he worsens the injury.

Did you predict a sweep by the Pelicans? If so, good on you. By far the series I was most off on. I had Blazers in 5.

I don't wanna dig into your posts, but you were here supporting the Bucks and I'm pretty sure u had them winning or did I miss something?

Not very impressive when you consider Embiid shooting like 1/13 from 3 when “guarded” by Horford.

So horford, when defending Embiid, had no part in embiid shooting poorly from three?

Interesting.

And man to man - Horfie guarding Simmons and Embiid changed cause they signed Super Marco. Hot takes.

So both teams can celebrate if the Sixers win the series. That's good.

Anyhow lads, it's all fair play. Whatever happened before happened. We're here now. May the best team win, regardless of who that is and let's hope for semi-decent officiating, cause the officiating has been the worst I've seen in a while and I'm talking league wide.

Can anyone even remember a Game 1 in the NBA where the road team was favored by 4.5 points? I certainly can’t. It must be close to a record. I know Shaq’s Lakers took it easy in the regular season sometimes but usually by the time they went on the road they were playing somebody pretty legit.
