I still can't believe the Raptors are NBA champions. All the talk of Golden State being Injured is nonsense. If you can't manage your teams health then you are a bad organization when it comes to managing your players. I hope the klaw resigns. 2 more championships for TO in the future. That defense was amazing. I was watching the game on a plane and my friend and I went nuts when they won. So happy for Toronto. Enjoy the moment and don't let the losers bring down this achievement!

This is such a narrow minded view on the entire subject. Injuries happen, and they happen quite often in basketball. There is no such thing as 100% injury prevention by either a player or an organization, you could do everything to the optimize a player staying healthy and they can still get injured. Calling them a bad organization because injuries occurred is ridiculous.

Now some criticism could be handed out to the organization for letting Durant and Thompson play while less than 100%, but let's remember that those 2 players wanted to be out there and if the Warriors made them sit in street clothes that wasn't going to change the outcome of the finals and you'd still be sitting here criticizing the organization because they had bad luck with injuries during the playoffs.

Dynasties also start to age, break down, and become more susceptible to random injuries as their run extends --- playing an additional 20 hyper-intense games every year with a shortened off-season. And this is year 5 for them.

It would've been a surprise to me and quite good luck if the Warriors had an injury-free playoff run this year.

Great points

Leonard played all playoffs with a limp and Lowry with a thumb that needs surgery. Both were lucky to survive until the end without getting knocked out. So apparently, the Raps are a great organization because they were just a little bit luckier than the Dubs.

Obviously you did not comprehend. The point is that people who say that Toronto only won because GS had injured players is a bad excuse. They need to look at the team and realize that Durant, Klay and steph need load management because they have played more basketball in the last 5 years then anybody not named Lebron. How you cant understand that is beyond me.

You flatly blamed the Warriors organization in a very narrow minded post, just because you’re expanding your opinion here now doesn’t mean that I didn’t comprehend what you previously wrote.

And to respond to your expanded viewpoint here that those injuries could have been avoided with more load management is a statement that simply can’t be proven or disproven.
