When he did that left hand drive and finish, I immediately had Isiah flashbacks.

Looks damn good so far. If he and Cade can work together, its going to be another great Pistons backcourt.

Gives me Kobe vibes.

probably done for the summer league sadly

i dont think its that serious.

Probably not but they might sit him as a precautionary measure anyway, don't want to risk re-aggravating his ankle.

At least offensively Jabari is one of the most overrated players in this year's draft. Unless Green and Porter can get him some open shots he will have a hard time scoring. His lack of handles and shot creation is going keep him a role player. He really needs a good PG to be successful.

He didn't really have a good PG in Auburn though and still beasted. He just needs to be set up in certain areas like the elbow and have space. He'll get the space in the NBA.

I think Cade has a higher ceiling because his feel for the game is so special, but Ivey's not far behind. Give it 3-4 years and they might be the best back court in the entire league.

In those 5 mins he looked sort of like when a 2nd player player plays the first game in summer league then sits out because they are so far ahead of everyone else.

if ivey gets a good 3 ball, hes your best prospect. No one in the league can stay infront of him, surround him with shooters and you got a problem. I was stupid high on ivey coming out, he looks the part.

Yes, he is able to take advantage of the lesser competition in college but I don't know if that will be the case in the NBA. He has to learn to do more than just shooting over people and jab stepping to get his points. That may work in college but I don't think that will work in the NBA.

I'm not liking a few teams get to play games before Vegas and build up some continuity before others get started.
Where the offseason has more buzz happens.
