I don't think there has ever been a superstar who has gained the respect of his teammates more than LBJ. Not just the scrubs but Shaq loves him too.

First off talking about retirement and about leaving for another team WHILE STILL UNDER CONTRACT FOR 2 MORE YEARS is something entirely different.

Also Doc Rivers is NOT talking about retirement. He was asked by a reporter and he said nothing about weighing over his retirement. He said he would think about it after the season and that was what he had done every season over the past 5 years.

LeBron requestsed they take the tape so yes he is responsible for it.
