General NBA Board posters, due to the start of the NBA Playoffs and the inevitable increase in tension, baiting and arguments gone awry, the GB Mod Team will be taking a tougher stance toward posts that break the Terms of Service you agreed to when signing up for RealGM.
Posts or threads that have the intention of baiting someone or a group of people will not be tolerated. Neither will uncivil discussion and flame wars. During the regular season, you would be likely to receive a warning with a note to "not do it again" but with the aforementioned problems and situations Playoff Basketball on RealGM creates, we will not hesitate to hand out a quick suspension for action deemed offensive. Basically, just be respectful and you'll be fine.
As a side note, we have 8 stickied threads for each corresponding playoff series. Please do not create threads discussing something that happened in one of those series when the post could have been placed in the pre-existing thread. These threads will not be merged but rather locked. Posting all relevant thoughts in the appropriate thread makes our jobs and your enjoyment of this forum during playoff time much better.
