Wolves to trade Jefferson to Jazz for future 1st rd pick, 1st rd pick from Mem in Brewer trade and a trade exception, Y! Sports has learned.

Jefferson gets hated on a lot because of his contract, but as Chad Ford put it...
$42M for Al Jefferson or $35M for Wes Matthews. Which would you choose?
Great deal for Utah.

Wow yeah, this is great for the Jazz. Fills right in for the loss of Boozer; and I was secretly hoping the Suns would bring in Al Jeff somehow.

Minnesota really couldn't get any offers of the same value from other teams? 2 1sts and a TPE are not that valuable, especially considering almost every team has a TPE this offseason.
This must have been the only offer on the table in order for Kahn to trade inside the division, either that or Kahn is just (Please Use More Appropriate Word).

Disagree. Jefferson will finally get big minutes with a good point guard and will be deadly on a pick and roll.
I personally would have moved Love before Jefferson.

and good trade for Utah, nice pickup, can see them getting back into playoff now with this trade, didn't think they had it in them to take on a big salary.

Although I'm obviously ecstatic about acquiring Jefferson, I'm not really sure why Minnesota would agree to this. A TPE is not THAT valuable and both first round picks are likely to be in the 12-20 range.

because Kahn is their GM dont question it just accept it
