It is really sad how delusional some Cleveland fans are. You don't lose a guy like LeBron who WAS the team. He was a 2-time MVP BECAUSE of what he did with that team. He turned a bunch of role players into the best regular season team in the league two seasons in a row.

With this kind of attitude, what happens when they win 20 games? Do they toss the coach under the bus because he failed to win 40ish games with all the "talent" they have?

Am I the only person here who thinks the Wizards are going to suck? What a dysfunctional team. Arenas, Young and Howard are all documented idiots. McGee and Blatche are mercurial players who can put up numbers but are they winners?

Hinrich is decent but has no clear role. Yi and Thornton can't play D. Is Sean Marks the back-up center? John Wall is a bright spot but he can't carry the load (although he'll undoubtedly try to).

so its cavs or raptors....

so the cavs loose LeBron and become worse than a Raptors team that lost Bosh?

the cavs have better players and and better coached this year.... than the raptors.....

RAPTORS are easily the worst...

It is possible that it could be the warriors. Going from Nellie basketball on crack to a normal system its hard to predict the outcome.

The contenders for the worst team are the Warriors, 76ers, Pacers and Raptors IMO.

I'd say probably Philly, since I don't think much of Evan Turner this year.

Really?

Because they are going to be a bottom 5 team no question.

Raptors will be the worst imo.

Based on last season, Flynn sucks even more.

Calderon >>> Flynn
Derozan/Barbosa > Johnson
Kleiza > Webster
Bargnani >> Milicic

Wolves are the worst team in the league. Period.

I am a Toronto native so I know what I'm talking about. Calderon is the most overrated scrub, great offemse but 0 defense. Derozan is overhyped. He's no better than Wes Johnson he hasn't even registered 2 NBA 3pt field goals  . Klieza is a solid starter for any team. Barganani so far is a complete sac. All O and no contribution defensively; always late on rotations, very lazy player. Our best player is the least motivated. Wolves will get more wins.

Seriously. We need Irving. We need a PG in the worst way.

3. Philadelphia

Lol at you. Pretty sure the people questioning Minnesota on this list haven't been Wolves fans.

Agreed.

It's the power of the preseason. A similar thread came up a few weeks ago, and I could have sworn a good majority were picking the Wolves.

I'm going out on a limb and say that was because they had not seen how terrible Derozan and Weems were in the preseason.

As somebody pointed out the Cavs in no way shape or form should be compared to that Bulls team or Magic team because the players currently on the Cavs are horrible..I find it hard to think they will compete for the 8th spot in the East..30 wins is not cutting it..As for the Raptors they are another HORRIBLE team..I think both teams will be pretty bad..Maybe the Raptors being worst but its not something the Cavs should brag about because they will be almost just as bad..The Twolves wont be that bad but lol at the person thinking they will have a better record then the Knicks

And then there's those of us who know that the Cavs will be bad but think that it is ridiculously absurd that they will be the worst team in the league.

LeBron didn't win a combined 127 games in the last two years by himself.

Wolves might be the worst roster, but probably some team gets killed by injuries and has a worse year than them, usually happens

It's not absurd. You are downplaying how important Lebron was to that team. I don't even see this team being as good defensively as it was last season. I'm not sure if they are the worst team but they are certainly one of the worst teams.

I just said that the Cavs will be bad. LeBron was everything to this team.

They just won't be worse than Toronto. That is a team that couldn't make the playoffs and who lost their best player.

Cleveland had the best record in the NBA for 2 straight years and lost it's best player.

Do the math.
