The worst ones were the auto-tune remix ones from a year or two ago. Those were so bad!!!

The Dwight Howard 'handsy' one makes me squirm watching it.

This is one of my favorite intro/commercial/promos. Talking ball definitely sucks.

How about those David Blane commercials?

The worst thing the NBA has ever done though is when they used that Pussycat Dolls song as the theme for NBA on ABC a few years back.
I'd always thought of propane as a dignified lady. But she can also be a dirty girl.

They're no worse than any other NBA commercials. Like those Stephen Curry ones they had just before these ones.

Same here but I echo what someone said about when they played that awful Pussycat Dolls song over and over. That was 100 times worse.

Here's my favorite. TNT always kills it.

This is by far the worst commercial. It looks so poorly made and completely forced. Like they sat down 2 months in advance and say "Hey lets make a Chris Paul commercial even if we have no real good video footage to edit!"

Forced worse than a Jay Cutler pass in the red zone. (Or Kobe in a Colorado hotel)

Plus the kid in the commercial looks like an alien.

Thanks for this thread... the talking ball commercials suck major balls.

The worst of them all is the inspirational one with the dramatic voice... it would be a great commercial... but you see that a talking ball is doing the narrating throughout the commercial which ruins it.

THEY DON'T MAKE ANY SENSE AND EVERY SINGLE ONE IS **** STUPID.

Worst commercials ever. Hey I got State Farm, I'll wish for a panda bear and Bob Barker... really that's how it works?

I liked the Dwight Howard one at first.

Disliked the Fisher one because of the ball being annoying.

The MJ one was stupid. They killed one of the most legendary moments in basketball history, tbh.

I may be alone in this, but I liked the playoff commercials the NBA did a few years back (2004 i think) where a bunch of star players were trying to "woo" the Larry O'Brien trophy. Thought those were for the most part pretty good.

I'll say what I said on the Bulls forum. Just what NBA fans need, commercials involving a talking vagina explaining how 'handsy' Dwight Howard is.
From the "Story behind certain jersey numbers" thread...

I like the talking ball commercials. Especially when you compare them to the back from the future ones. The Fisher one with Charlie Murphy is funny if you asked me, the Dwight one with Hank Azaria is overall the best and the Michael Clarke Duncan one is a little boring but okay. Haven't seen any of the other ones mentioned with MJ or anything.
