Barea is solid and really stepping his game up but he's in a contract year. He's feeling it and seriously, put a guy or two on him and smack his ass to the ground repeatedly, take him out of it physically, he'll still play but be in mad pain.

I said repeatedly, that means, over and over and over and over and over and over again... Plus, they need to be legal and not cheap shot crap like Bynum did. Anytime that dude goes on the floor, FOUL HIM and FOUL HIM HARD! Hurt him with-in the rules so he knows that anytime he goes into the paint that he'll be punished for it. Trust me, he'll back down... Watching the Thunder, they were just too scared to do it and commit bad fouls to get into the free-throw limit which shows their inexperience. I know the Lakers, Nuggets or Spurs would do that immediately because they know the game and the playoffs.

Jose Juan Barea is a name from the Spanish language. The Spanish language comes from Spain, a country in Europe with white people. If his name was Ali Hussein Biyombo,then maybe you'd have a point.

He's obviously playing better (heck, Roddy's not even playing) but RB ha still way more potential, this year just wasn't meant to be for him, missing the entire training camp, and that long injury was just too big for a young, raw player like him. Still, Dallas won't give up on him at least for another year. Hopefully there is a season, another missed training camp would be really bad for the kid. He needs to learn the game more.

OK Barea is white. You don't become nonwhite because you speak Spanish or live somewhere warm or you're not in Europe. He's white like Lionel Messi is white. Nobody on this planet except for some crazy American would ever consider Messi not to be white. Because ... he *is* white.

Obvious Mark Price was better. Of course Stockton if Stockton is under 6'. After that, man it's a short list.

OK it's not Spanish but I dated a Brazilian girl back in the day. Ethnically 100% Portugese. She moved to the U.S. when young, lost her accent, and was and is regarded as white American.

He brings a big change of pace to Dallas's O, and a ton of energy. Can't stand the guy but he played great.

I can't even think of an under 6 foot white or hispanic guy that played in the NBA.
