Its not a double standard. If LeBron did this when he was still with the cavs everyone would have thought it was cool. However after bailing in the playoffs to take the easiest path to a championship in NBA history, it would have looked like a complete douche move.

You obviously don't recall the reactions people had when LeBron was on the Cavs. They went off about just about anything he did then just about as now. No way would it have been common knowledge 3-4 days ago and there not have been a 20-30 pg thread by now.

He does have "Chosen 1" tattooed on his back. That is on about the same level of cockiness if you ask me and he doesn't get that muck flack for it.
