It's certainly much better than the 0/0/0/2 performance used as proof by the OP at the very least.
None of those guys will even sniff the NBA. There are too many guys in the euroleague with more assist to list that were ahead of him (14 total). And that ignores his god awful efficiency and defense.
Rubio hasnt acheived anything in europe. even his staunchest supporters will admit that.
