jrue has a much better feel for the game
Maybe. Though, I think a lot of people questioned that when Holiday was entering the league out of college. Holiday went from being one of the the best high school player in the country, to someone that appeared to have underachieved in college. Knight has followed a similar trajectory. I think their style of game is kinda similar as well. They differ from Wall and Rose primarily by naturally being better shooters and worse at the rim finishers.
nah, not really. even in HS jrue played with amazing poise and maturity. the difference in college was that he was shifted off the ball in favor of darren collison who was a top PG in the country and a senior. also, i disagree, jrue wasnt really considered a shooter. in HS and college, he was more of a slasher with a pull up game.
in HS, knight was a gunner. he was certainly prolific, but he had terrible shot selection and wasnt much of a distributor or playmaker. those tendencies carried over to the college game.
i really dont see too many similarities in their games at all...maybe in level of athleticism, but jrue makes up for that with his technique and size.
