Uh, I would really hope the Pacers are looking into this. Seriously looking into it. We're stocking up on guys, grabbing dudes with value while they get cut, traded, disappeared during all this craziness.

Guys that tall don't grow on trees. We already have one, so wouldn't it be just ridiculous to have TWO guys over 7'2"??? Insane.

We can bring him along slow without tons of pressure - he can be 2nd/3rd string C along with Foster.

Just so much size and such a deep frontline if we grabbed Thabeet. And there's a chance he could become a real deal, and end up at least being a really steady 16 mpg backup. Or, who knows, small chance of even better than that.

Point is, we start Hibbert, and teams have to plan a bit around that, and then off teh bench we bring an EVEN TALLER DUDE. I just love the concept.

I doubt he passes through waivers. He's young and tall. That might be all he is, but it will intrigue somebody.
