Player you think will turn their career around in 2011-2012?

Johnny Flynn

I think he can be a very good combo-guard but Minnesota's system was a horrible fit for him.
Flynn excels in a more free flowing run and gun system and the combination of injuries, and the T-Wolve's system didn't allow him to showcase his talents. I really think he's going to have a solid year and prove some people wrong.

Roddy Beaubois

Injuries have derailed his promising start but I think Roddy B has the potential to be a a star in the making. He's a freak athlete with good scoring skills. He makes up for his lack of height with his freakish length for someone of his size. I really think he has a chance to play a lot of minutes and allow Kidd to get rest while giving the Mavs quality minutes.

Tyreke Evans
Has a bounceback year and looks like one of the best young players in the league again.

James Harden
Breakout year, guy has shown major promise.

LeBron James
Go from being a ringless "choker" to having a clutch finals and possibly getting his first ring

Flynn will definitely have a breakout year imo. I expect the Rockets to move Dragic soon, giving Flynn all the backup minutes.

If Flynn regains his quickness he should be a really solid backup and get his career on track. The T'Wolves had their doubts about his recovery from the hip problem though.

You have to go somewhere first before you can turn around.

Oden's never been a bad player, he's just an injured player. I hate hearing people call him a bust when he's simply busted.

I know you didn't call him a bust, and you mean you just want to see him healthy and playing, I'm just saying. :d

I think Telfair in an uptempo system, learning from Steve Nash will majorly help his career.

Hope
- Vince Carter
- Brandon Haywood

Realistic
- James Harden (no really turn-around, more kind of a breakout season)

Telfair is not, nor has he ever been a "bad" player, just over-hyped as a youngling. He's a solid backup in this league.
