The fans are OK knowing that this is a rebuilding year for NOH and Stern has put them in excellent position with Gordon and two Top 10, at least one of them in the Top 5, in next years stacked draft.

The players are OK as they'll be paid tens of millions of dollars (in Gordon's case at least, hundreds of millions) playing a game they love instead of making $20/hr doing an office job.

They don't look as sad as caron, odom and grant after the shaq trade. You could tell they'd been crying. I wonder if anyone can find that photo. I saved it(two computers ago), because I remember thinking how as a 25 year laker fan, I had never seem players so sad to come to the lakers. Then later it dawned on me they weren't sad to be coming to the lakers, just sad their old situation ended. These guys are human, and as much as we hear the "it's only business" mantra get thrown around, it still hurts.
