Lol.... and this is why the GB is a joke and filled with people who have no clue about the Knicks, nor do they watch half their games... Melo's been the Knicks best player and he has been passing so much better, and playing better defense.. our biggest problem is our defense as usual, cuz of Amar'e and Mike D. It's also due to the fact that currently we only have one player who can actually pass decently/above average, and that's Melo. Not that Baron Davis will be our savior but he will help tremendously in making Amar'e not looking like a complete bum on both sides of the court.

Melo is far from the Knicks' main problem

He's the reason why the team is so depleted in talent.

Melo is not a cancer, however he is overrated and is a bad defender. I believe the Knicks made a bad trade for him, gave to much up, but calling him a cancer is taking things to far.
When Melo is hot he can win games for you on his own, but when he is not he doesn´t make his teammates better.

This isn't 2 or 3 years ago Melo is actually an average defender this year so far and stats back that up.
