I thought they were done in 2010 and they beat all the top teams without HCA, and almost beat the Lakers in a game 7 finals. Rondo is a top point guard, Ray Ray is playing amazingly great, they only need a normal contribution by Pierce and KG and theyre still good. i respect them

The Blazers are the Hawks of the West. They can make some noise in the regular season, but they will fail miserably in the playoffs.

i think if kg can still play 18.10 avg at the playoffs we still had a shot..but we are aging,so miami bags the finals

I did not know a single person who would have said the 2010 Celtics were not contenders.

Now their core is two years older, role player talent level hasn't increased and fiercer competition in the east.

After the regular season, i did not know a single person who would have said they reach the finals. Everybody was expecting a Lebron-Kobe finals. Dont tell us BS.

As a C's fan: absolutely not. I'm so sick of this team I just want this season to be over so we can rebuild. We're not winning a championship if we need key contributions from Avery Bradley, Marquis Daniels, Keyon Dooling, Chris Wilcox, or Greg Stiemsma in order to do so.

I want to keep Rondo as our PG and Bass as our PF and build around them.

A lot has to go right:
1.) The Celtics have to be completely healthy
2.) Rondo cannot have a single bad game

So on the surface no, but if lucky they can make some noise

No one thought Dallas would win the Finals last year
