You guys are crazy for saying "trade lebron" lol, they will trade Bosh, Wade (in that order) before they trade the best player of the league. I do agree the first move would be a coach replacement.

can you elaborate please?

look i like bosh, he's a good guy but the heat REALLY NEED a defensive anchor with size. boh is a great offensive big man but his offensiveness gets reduced playing next to wade and lebrn. he becomes reduced to basically a jump shooter who occasionally drives. the heat could use someone like a dennis rodman or 04 rasheed wallace. obviously those guys aren't in the league today, but i'm talking about the type of players those two are/were. great defenders who make life hell for opposing slashers/post players. that's what the heat need.

LeBron for Tristan Thompson/Varejao/Jamison S&T/Boobie Gibson/Lester Hudson/Samardo Samuels/Luke Walton/semih erden

With that trade, they fill up their front court needs, get a good scoring PF backup, a dead eye 3 point shooter, and improve their bench tremendously.

Add Steve Nash and Mike D'Antonie. Mike D doesn't believe in centers.

If Mike Miller doesn't step up in the playoffs, you have to get rid of that contract

Even IF Mike Miller steps up in the playoffs, that is a contract you will absolutely want to get rid of regardless.

SVG wont go back to Miami, especially since Pat Riley is still there. Nate McMillan is a defensive coach with no offensive imagination at all so i dont see how that changes anything

They need some personnel changes, and they'll have to do it through trade or vet min salaries. Im not even sure teams would be willing to trade for Bosh and his max contract, seeing as its clear he isnt a number one option or even a number 2 possibly.

If the report is true that SVG he had trouble handling egos of a Shaq and Dwight what would you expect of him handling egos of the Big 2.5?

Nate McMillan runs a very slow and deliberate offense. Im not sure if thats the type of game for a team with multiple stars who are far better in transition. McMillan will piss himself forcing Bosh to play tough post defense.

D'antoni is a good option. Offensive genius and knows how to handle ego's and how make his players happy. Forget about defense though.

defense is one of reasons Heat is so good.

Depends how far they go. If they don't make the finals, my HOPE is:

LeBron will ask to be amnestied. After a month of several teams courting him, he signs with the Brooklyn Nets

8-)

actually after a player is amnestied there's teams that can bid on them, kind of like Billups.

Then Spo must go and Pat is back.

They follow it up by trying to get Kaman or Camby.
