Good for Ray.

He's never been an all-out-competitor a la Kobe Bryant or any old school great.

He's always wanted to tag-along and just be part of the group, this look will fit him well.

Im going to answer 3 replies at once here:

Hopefully D.Howard see's that a combination of D.will, D.Howard, and J.Johnson is not good enough. His reasoning for wanting to go to the Nets is that he could win MULTIPLE chips.
