Is it fan voting for dunk contest again?

If so you would have to go with James White, he should win anyways but having the NY market voting for him will surely make it a sure thing. Maybe Canada will get behind Ross I guess?

I can't wait for the dunk contest. I think people are really underestimating the contest this year just because previous years have sucked.

We actually have a good set of dunkers this year and there are SIX of them this time around instead of just four. It really makes it more like a showcase.

I'm hoping that James White goes between the legs from the free throw line. Gerald Green and Terrance Ross has crazy hops, too, and I heard Faried is going to incorporate McGee and Igoudala in some of his dunks.

How awkward is it for David Lee and Blake Griffin to be on the same team?

The Warriors owned the Clippers 3-1 this season and during those games the Warriors bench kept laughing at Blake Griffin's horrible shots against them which also went on Sportscenter and TNT highlights. Also, in the first Warriors win against the Clippers David Lee even screamed at Blake Griffin to stop flopping. Not really a friendly competition, there were a lot of bitterness on both sides after their blowout wins and losses against each other.

Good thing Melo and KG settled their differences already otherwise those two would have been the most awkward All-star pairing.

Sometimes volume scorers like Kyrie get hot in these type of competitions and win. That's what happened when Paul Pierce beat Stephen Curry in the Finals in 2010. I'm hoping for Curry to win, but wouldn't be surprised if someone other than him and Novak won.

popovich was real serious in drills with the western conference all-stars while spo & the eastern conference all-stars looked like they're just in cool mode... and i wonder if lebron & noah will ever be cool with each other , i seen kg talking to lebron & wade while noah was just chilling with luol deng. brook lopez looked lost out there as well...

with what happened last year, who really takes the NBA's dunk competition seriously?
Derozan shoulda won and its sad that the JUDGES were in on it.
