Pop is an overrated coach

Sure he gets the marquee wins but his team lost to Portland by 30 and to Minnesota by 24.
How does this man have two Coach of the Year trophies and lose to lottery teams? Duncan carried this man throughout his career and has failed to deliver once the Big Fundamental couldn't beat everyone on the low block.
What a fraud.

Sarcasm usually doesn't end well on this board. Excited to see how this one turns out

Fire Pop, trade the big 3, let CJ + Kawhi take over.

4 Championship titles and a couple of loses to lottery makes you overrated? Something is wrong with OP.

You're obviously overexaggerating, but the Spurs have been uncharacteristically up/down lately. They got beat by DET by double digits, then a few weeks later beat them by 40. The lost to POR by 30. Then beat OKC handily. Now lost to MIN by 24. Not good signs going into the playoffs

He's a Spurs can and definitely not being serious. Loosing to. Minnesota without Parker and Duncan even though Minesotta is not so good with so many guys out isnt indicative of much

Spurs would be significantly worse if you replaced him with any other active coach in the league. Also take away the Spurs system that he developed....
Also what team doesn't lose to lottery teams? Tell me one. I think I remember you saying something negative about Pop in the past so I don't think your trolling. If you are not you are beyond dumb and I hope the Spurs get VDN as a coach.

Egos of the spurs catching up to them. A coach like Spo would do wonders there.

I'll come out and say Tim Duncan is overrated long before uttering that word and his name in the same sentence.

Nobody wants to face the #8 seed Lakers.

I'm pretty sure OP meant to be sarcastic (although pretty unsuccessful in getting it across) but in any case - no Duncan, no Parker, no Leonard, and Manu played only 21 minutes.

At this point I think it's more likely that Lakers are going to be 6th or 7th seed.

Yes and I'm somewhat serious.
If the system is so great, then why are the results so inconsistent?
