How many games do the Nets win next year?

Simple question: The Nets look fairly stacked right now, with current or former all-stars at every position. But there are also some big question marks like age, how Kidd will do as a rookie coach, etc. Given this, how many games do you think they win, both in the regular season and the playoffs?

Spurs relied on plenty old people too . Just sayin.
It's not like the whole team is old the guys that should be doing the heavy lifting are still in their prime .
On Topic : Somewhere in the mid 50's i think is realistic. I can see KG and Pierce getting plenty of nights off to conserve what they have left in the tank.

I'd say 55-58 with ECF appearance

I think they win more than 50, less than 55, and make either the second round or the ECF.

well they won, what, 49 games last year... and took Bulls to game 7
regardless of "age", Pierce and Garnett are HUGE improvements over Wallace and Humphries/Evans.
Pierce and Garnett arent some offense-only selfish guys that are gonn amuck up the system. If anything, i think they'll galvanize this team, and I think Deron Williams will have a huge bounce back year with all of this talent around him.
I predict 58-24, 2nd seed for the Nets.
FWIW, I think it's a great trade for short term... time will tell how this works out long term.

So they'll be worse than last year?
I would say 54-58 wins.

Yeah, I think so. More injuries to their core. A better Bulls team in the East.

In the East you have :
Miami
Indy
Chi
NYK
The bulk of their games will be against bad teams like Boston, Toronto, Philly and bottom feeders in the east like Charlotte, Det, Clev, MLK. I don't think the Nets can win a title...although it certainly isn't out of the realm of possibility. They are one of the deepest teams in the league and have a guy who can fill it up at every position. With KG and PP they now have two guys who know how to commit to defense, and with that commitment , JJ can be an elite defender. I do suspect they will have trouble rebounding and defending the block since Lopez is a dud on that end and KG wrote the old testament.
All in all, the strength of their team + the strength of the schedule+ all of the bottom feeders......
55-27 +/- 3

Their pretty stacked. 50 games due to resting players. Deron Williams doesn't need anymore help.

They won 49 last year. With TERRIBLE coaching. Deron was playing hurt for the first half. Brook has another year to develop. They didn't lose anyone good and added KG and PP + Terry. They win 56-59 games.
Deron/ Terry
Johnson/ Brooks
Pierce/ ?(sign a FA)
Garnett/ Teletovic
Lopez/ Blatche

Emphasis on former, only Lopez isn't past his prime and has a chance to make the All-Star team next year.
This team will battle injuries the entire season, 3rd seed in the East and a second round exit.
