This can be taken care of by surgery if wanted im sure, basketball players put a tremendous amount of stress on their feet, not only because of running but also jumping.
They may not look good in sandals but most of them have pretty nice shoe collections...

I dont' think basketball caused this. LeBron is a freak of nature.

Wow...How the hell does he maintain such incredible speed without a pinky or an index toe? I know most of the power from the foot comes from the big toe, but the pinky is pretty got damn important too.

Pinky looks like it fell off and Lebron's 7 year old son tried super gluing it back on to help him out.
