Interesting. Morey must be kicking himself for making Parsons a free agent.

It's okay...because Morey has a plan, right?

@WojYahooNBA: Houston decided that the contract was too constraining to future roster building to keep Chandler Parsons. He goes to Mavs now.

Congrats to Mavs for finally landing a potential young star. He'll be quite pricey though.

@GoodmanESPN: Chandler Parsons told ESPN that Houston Rockets will not match offer sheet from Dallas. He will play for Mark Cuban and the Mavs.

Bad decision, they are in win now mode and this makes then non-contenders next year. Howard and Harden won't get any better. Ariza could very likely revert to the the 10/5/1 player he was most of his career.

Do they have a plan?

Goran Dragic, Eric Bledsoe?

They REALLY need a 3rd guy...

Rockets achieved what they wanted, a straight salary dump to avoid paying excessive luxury tax, though they had to give up a lot to do it.

YEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. Thank you Houston, he could legitimately be the future for us, him and Dirk should be awesome together. Now, we need an upgrade at PG.

:-? Well, lets see what Morey's going to do now.

Well this blows. If we can get someone like Dragic, I'm all for this but if we're gonna roll out a roster from last season minus Parsons/Asik/Lin + Ariza, that's weak.

Good call, 15 mln. per year is way too much for him.
