There's actually not much to any correlation between hand size or foot size and genitalia.

Randomly enough I once saw this documentary where they tested just that with a sample group of men of varying foot size and there wasn't any real correlation. In fact one of the guys with the smallest feet had one of the biggest...and what am I doing typing this out on a basketball forum?

Unless your hands are made of stone, then yes...having large hands are a great tool for any job that requires the use of hands. What a super smart question.
