Unless DCuz is a supreme headcase, i'd fire Karl so much faster then even contemplating trading cousins. Kings are a mess and if the article is true that the franchise wouldn't want picks, but instead veteran talent for cousin... well.. then welcome to the treadmill.

If your management is on record saying they won't trade him then why hire a coach that wants him gone? If all these reports are true then that franchise is a mess.

If true ...stupid for kings to let this information out...they just lost some good leverage...if he doesnt get traded now, its gonna be akward come season Start...

This is a real mess if the owner, GM and coach aren't on the same page.

Pure speculation here but:

The Lakers could trade Clarkson, Randle, and #2 pick for Cousins

Package around Smart, Sullinger, and two first round picks for Cousins

Vucevic, Payton, and #5 pick for Cousins

Horford, Teague, and #15 pick for Cousins

I imagine if the Kings actually put Cousins on the market, 2/3s of the NBA GMs would be fielding calls to the Kings.

I wonder who Karl wants to bring in to replace cousins?
