Who gets Kanter?

Who needs a very good offensive C that does not play D? Who has the space to offer him the max? Will OKC match any offer?

Can he play PF? Raps are still looking for someone to fill that role.

Was he issued the QO? He should just take that and let his name get inflated by playing on a contender like Tristan T did ....he could get paid next year

We tried to mAke him a stretch 4 in Utah. Offensively he was great at times, but he didn't want to compete with Derrick and Rudy so he forced the trade.

Yes, he can do that quite well, at least offensively.

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

OKC doesn't want him?

He just turned 23, here are his OKC Numbers.
18.7PPG 11.0RPG 56FG% OKC was 16-12 with Enes Kanter. I hear a lot of negative comments on his defence, but the dude is only 23. Give him some time to work on his defensive skills and let him live offensively. How many big man can still score the way he does?

OKC will match any offer. If they don't they will be in the same situation as LAC with just 3.5 to replace him. He will definitely get overpaid, but they have no choice.

Centers get paid. OKC won't let him walk. He actually seemed like a good fit there. Will be interesting to see how that team is with better coaching.

Sources: OKC offering RFA Enes Kanter a deal starting at 15.5 per and will match any offer sheet
New York said Mitchell wasn't the guy you trade the sink for, then they traded it for Mikal, lol.

They can match any offer. He's a RFA and they have his Bird rights.

the difference being that we don't have the frontcourt depth of OKC. Ibaka, Adams, Collison and McGary along with Durant and Jones playing some minutes at the 4. I would say that Kanter is a luxury for the thunder and Jordan was a necessity for the clippers

I think Milwaukee would have tried if they missed on Moose but not sure who has the cap other than Philly...which would be just funny.

I hope the Blazers offer max money just so OKC has to spend extra.

Is OKC willing into the luxury tax? They are at 88 million with Kanter's QO. The way guys have been getting paid, he shoould at least be getting 14-15 million a year. OKC would be in the 90 million range at that point. Maybe a s&t would be the best situation if they aren't willing to pay the tax.
