Do you think every NBA team will win a Championship in your lifetime?

Of the current 30 teams, the

Cavaliers
Magic
Suns
Jazz
Hornets
Nuggets
Clippers
Grizzlies
Timberwolves
Pelicans
Raptors

Have never won, and then if you don't count the St Louis Hawks, Rochester Royals, and the Sonics championships, the Hawks, Kings, and Thunder haven't won any either.

EDIT - Pacers and Nets both won ABA championships.

I think the Cavaliers will definitely win one before LeBron retires.

I doubt the Nuggets will ever win a Championship.

I strongly say no. Now I'm 41, but even if I was 21, I'd say no.

I'm immortal. And I doubt I'll see that before the planet implodes.

no unless the nba can find a way to limit the impact of superstar players or make it more difficult to make "superteams" via a hard cap or something.

Nets: I will bet over as they have a good location and at least right now, an owner who is willing to spend
Cavs: I will bet over due to Lebron
Magic: I will bet over due to the tax-free location
Suns: I will bet over as I envision them one of these days becoming Warriors 2.
Jazz: I bet under
Pacers: I bet under
Hornets: I bet under
Nuggets: I bet over as I envision them having a very good team with a best home-court advantage in the country with everyone complaining about it
Clippers: I bet under as I think they will go back to the old Clippers way in 5-6 years
Grizzlies: I bet under
Timberwolves: I bet over as I am excited about Towns/Wiggins
Pelicans: I bet over due to Davis
Raptors: I bet under

So overall, 7 yes and 6 no.

The Nets and the Pacers have both won championships when they were in the ABA. That should count.

Some of them have ABA championships but my answer is no. I'm 26, so let's say I have 60 years left in the tank - chances of every single one of those teams having a championship is pretty low. In the NBA, franchises often win the title twice in a decade, so not a whole lot of trophies to go around (because it's not like the teams that have already won titles are going to just lay down and die).

I'm 20, got a few years left I'd say, but nah. Just way too unlikely for everyone to win one.

If Giannis is the talent that I think he is, it's entirely possible imo. He's just an amazing, franchise changing talent and I truly think he could one day lead us there.

In my 45 years only 9 teams won their first championship in my lifetime.

There is more parity due to cap.

Seeing as how only four teams (Bulls, Lakers, Spurs, Heat) ate up about 2 decades worth of titles during my life, I highly doubt it.

Look at how long it's been since the Cubs won a title. And for much of that time there were only 16 teams in the majors, not 30 (or more, as I would expect expansion again sometime in my lifetime).

Even if every season was completely random, it would likely take over 100 years for each of the 30 teams to win a title. And obviously ever season isn't random as once a team is good enough to win a title they're likely to contend for several more in the next years.
