These 2 players are very intriguing, they literally have the exact DNA, and yet, are vastly different players on the court, Brook number jump out at you more, he is capable of having a 20/10 night, any night. Robin's Box Score stats don't scream a great player when looking at the Box Score, but he has much better numbers at Rim protection.


All things Considered, which Lopez would you rather have on your Team?

Some teams may need an offensive punch, but wouldn't the majority of teams want that defensive anchor?

As a Laker fan, I would CLEARLY take the defense acumen of Rolo over Brooks scoring.

Am I the only one who thinks Brook is better at both ends of the court? This comparison looks pointless, only thing Robin has is better durability.

As a Bulls fan: Robin for defense and contract. Teams already full up on $20 mil a year players who are often injured.

Brook usually dominates robin when they match up against each other (this year at least). Robins been a awesome rim protector. Great defending the paint off the pick and roll. Hes also added a consistent hook shot this year. Just dont ask him to shoot any jumpers cause he usually misses them (though hits 82% ft line). Hes a good compliment to KP and Melo. He sets goat screens for his teammates. Melo loves taking advantage of them for pull up jumpers, which he always hits after a Rolo screen in particular.

I think I actually read that Knicks have the best rim protection in the league. KP and Rolo effectively twin towers down there. And KP has enough lateral quickness to defend the perimeter. So they dont give up much quickness starting the two. Hes been yelling at Calderon a lot more late in the season cause hes getting frustrated at the constant perimeter penetration Jose gives up.

Phils 4yr 54 mil contract for Lopez was probably one of the better deals made this past offseason.

I'm a defense first guy so give me Rolo.

Brook's probably the better player overall but his health is a major issue for me.

Brook is better, but for this NBA? I'd go with either neither or Robin.
