Honestly, Ned Stark for the Kings or Wolves would make more sense

Funny. Living in Southern California my whole life and all my friends being Laker fans, I love it anytime they take a L. This is a proper representation of their fanbase.

You can always shoot and edit a video about people on the street talking about thing they don't know about, regardless of fanbase, political party, ect.

That's pretty funny lol. Not sure I like Ned Stark as a rookie though, his head is just not in the game.

The spurs already took Joffrey

How sad, Kings. There may be people who look down on the Kings with this kind of childish behavior -- way to ruin your great reputation.

If not taken seriously, good for a laugh. I mean most fans, even the ones here, only know of the main rookies (1st rounders from this current year).. so these guys probably thought they were answering about some no-name, summer league special type players.

When its about basketball, I think its damned funny. When it's politics, its sad/desperate (sad that some people are really opinionated about stuff they dont know anything about, desperate to make fun of those people as if they represent the entire party)

After that series in 2002, this is nothing.
it's only after we've lost everything that we are free to do anything

I wouldn't take stuff like this too seriously. If teams troll each other on twitter we are the winners as we can laugh about it... Especially if it's done right

I'm tempted to lock this thread now. We have reached the summit with this post and it will all be downhill from here.

Well done, Edrees.

I thought it was kind of funny. I would like somone to ask Vivek the same question with his summer league team, I'd bet you get similar answers. If you're admitting you're a die hard fan though you should know everyone on you're summer league team. Sad to say I know everyone from Schoochie to Roscoe Allen. I can understand people getting nervous on camera though.

I do think it is not really fun because it wasn't funny enough to justify being an a-hole to some well-meaning guys who are trying to fit in or get into basketball or just casually there for fun. And when it's not in good fun, these jokes have a bullying spirit that totally misses the rivalry or competitive spirit between fans. They were nice enough to give their time to some random twitter douche from the Kings too. I think you are right about the fans guessing, they mostly said things positive things since they were on the spot and wanted to support their team and help the interview out by doing what typical fluff interviewers usually look for.

I was joking about the "great reputation" of the Kings though. My frown towards the Kings got a few centimeters deeper.
