And yet both of them have 3PT range :P

If Cousins becomes a liability on defense against smaller lineups, then the Pelicans need a defensive minded swing forward on the bench. Move Davis to center and sub in that player for Cousins. It would be nice if that bench player could shoot from the outside as well. I'm sure someone in the NBA fits that description.

By "how do KD/Green matchup against Davis/Cousins?" I meant "what do you guys think about a KD/Green vs. Davis/Cousins matchup" and not "how will it be possible for KD/Green to matchup against Davis/Cousins"

...Moore, Jrue and Casspi can all shoot the rock. I'm not sure where this opinion comes from.

Moore - 38.7%
Casspi - 38%
Holiday - 39%
Cunningham - 38.8%

The wings are not that great but shooting is one of their strengths.
Add to the fact that AD is one of the premier mid range shooting bigs and DC is not too shabby in that area as well and they both have 3 point range. Spacing does not seem to be an issue with this team at all.

A stretch 4 and a stretch 5 who can score inside, rebound, play defense, and be superstars seem like a good fit to me.

I think they will be fine overall. Biggest issues are Cousins actually maturing and whether Gentry is the right coach to maximize their talents. Cousins/Davis attention should hopefully open up a little more shooting space to get those 3p% a little higher.

On paper, ever. I mean, success wise idk if there'll ever be anyone better than Parish and Mchale as a tandem but on paper has there ever been a better PF/C tandem?

Forgot Gentry was the coach. Actually makes me feel better about it bad on his work with Randolph and Gasol. Here's a guy that during the 3pt perimeter era ran an unapologetic team based on inside dominance and was pretty successful

It would be amazing if they missed the playoffs and won the draft with a top 3 pick, followed by consecutive post-season appearances.

The trade would go down as horrendous, one of the worst in NBA history.

Does anyone watch Solomon Hill? Guy gets overlooked, he's actually a pretty solid role player.
