Pretty interesting stuff. Would Bogut be open to returning to the team that got rid of him, or would he look to seek payback?

Think he would need to have bad feelings if he signed for cavs...would like to think he wouldn't go to the team that he suffered from last year but who knows.

I wouldn't say he suffered due to the Cavs per se because he got hurt; however, the aforementioned injury played a factor in GSW letting him go. That may have stung. Eh, who knows...

Would be hard for GS fans to take to see him go to cavs but he has that right as a FA. Just be a shame to see. If he can choose GS you would think he chooses them over cavs but who knows. He might see him as the missing piece

If hes a cupcake he'll go the GSW the team that let him go. If he's a competitor he'll go to a team with a chance to beat GSW. We'll see.

You have it opposite. Cleveland is the team that beat him. If he joins them he's
exactly like cupcake

Do Warriors need him?
Zaza is coming back soon. JaVale has been solid as a backup and spot starter.

Strawman's point given GSW is the overwhelming favorite since acquiring KD for, what, the next 5 years or so?

True I'm not sure he should go to Cleveland either. Don't think he should go to GSW or Cleveland since Cleveland beat him and GSW let him go.

How is that a strawman? Everyone says Durant is weak for joining the team that beat him, and he directly made an analogy to Durant. A LOT of players joined teams that were overwhelming favorites, Durant's flack was specifically because he just lost to them.

Zaza and Mcgee have been great but Bogut would still start here

How can you argue from a competitive standpoint Bogut would face stiffer competition by joining the overwhelming favorite to win the title, who by the way, got rid of you to form an even stronger team than the previous implementation?

I think I might really stop watching the nba if Bogut went to GSW, like basically he'd fill their one weakness, it would be beyond ridiculous

Omg i would love Boges back in Oakland. He was the key to it all last year and his injury and Draymonds act are the only reasons they lost

I never said he wouldn't have stiffer competition, I said he was joining the beat them beat him, which is what Durant's move is most known for. A lot of NBA stars joined teams in order to face easier competition. but Durant is like the only notable player in recent memory to join the team that just eliminated him in the playoffs. Therefore in terms of making the analogy to Durant, the aspect of joining the team you lost to holds more weight.

He burned some bridges when he commented about folks when he visited.
And GSW doesn't need him. Dude is constantly injured, when he's on the floor he can't move or finish.
And without him GSW is leading the league in blocked shots.
Rebounding is a bigger issue than "rim protection" and Tristan Thompson has always trashed Bogut b/c Thompson outworks his broken ass.
