At no point did I say he was their best player. If you can find that quote, feel free to post it. I said he appears to have played well and he was their 3rd leading scorer in Euroleague and 2nd leading scorers in Greek league on good TS%. I also said he played better in the Finals than Spanoulis which is obvious as Spanoulis was evidently abysmal. That the very team he played in the Finals is immediately trying to sign him strongly suggests poor play is not the real reason Olympiacos is letting him go - nor have I seen a source stating that was the reason other than your post. What that actual reason might be is open to speculation.
