Excellent decision by management in LA. Rondo is the definition of a big baller, will fit in great with their championship culture

Heck of a time to be a Lakers fan.

The corner will turn in short time though you'd think.

Exactly what I was thinking. LA and Rondo are a great fit

When I think of PGs I would want the future of my franchise to emulate, a petulant, whining child like Rondo is certainly the first person who comes to mind. Great mentor, LA!

I hope this is true.

Rondo off the bench? If he's willing?

Hey Ben M had a rough time in Sac, doesn't mean he's a locker room cancer

Smh.. don't do it Magic. Don't want Rondo, not even on the bench

If it's for a one year deal to punt salary cap then what's the issue? Magic and Rob Lowe already said they're aiming to clear enough for 2 max slots next year. I think Rondo for a year would actually be a great pickup. Has championship experience, can teach Lonzo a few things and then run along to another team.

Is Rondo ready to be just a mentor ? I mean teams like OKC, Clippers (Doc is still the coach), Raptors can really use him in the playoffs.

Kid plays defense. Something lazy guys like Clarkson and Randle dont. Lakers won titles with ex Celtics ie Brian Shaw and Rick Fox so maybe lightning strikes twice.

We "called" Rondo, Iggy, and Ben McLemore. Not exactly targeting Rondo as our top pick here.

If Rondo wanted a one year $$$ deal, he would have stayed with the bulls
