You missed summer league's best player Mitchell as well as the Suns starting SF. Interesting
Kuzma and Adebayo look good but I don't see a lot of Minutes available for them. Especially for Adebayo.

He should have played in SL if he wanted to make this list

. It actually does legit concern me he didn't play.

Don't sleep on Swanigan being a surprise All-Rookie. The kid has NBA ready talent and size.

True, but considering the 76ers luck in summer league, you can never be too careful lol

I think Mitchell's really overrated offensively, he shot under 40% in SL but everyone sees those 2 "great" games he had in LA and deem him a future star. Also, I don't think Josh Jackson will do well his 1st year. All Adebayo has to do is play great defense, and be decent offensively for about 20 minutes per game.

He shot right around 40% for the 5 games he played but more importantly shot a boatload of FT's (his TS% was high) and looked like a defensive stud. He was virtually unguardable at times. You're focused on the wrong thing here.
With Whiteside on the roster and teams going with small, Centerless lineups all the time, Adebayo won't get 20 mpg. Probably closer to 10-12. And mpg matters most for the all rookie team.
Josh Jackson is going to start, Mitchell will get huge minutes out of the gate and Jackson in Sacramento might start too. Fox isn't going to start so I would downgrade him.

Yep, Mitchell is the best 2-way player in this draft and I believe will be top 3 for ROY. Utah losing Hayward and leaving a hole in their offensive production is going to provide him with plenty of opportunity. His doubters will be backpedaling in a hurry a month or two into the season.

I'm not sure you can count FTs in Summer league a meaningful stat as Summer League is a hack fest.

Adebayo will play PF for us, and will be able to play along side Whiteside... and then be at C when Whiteside is out as a small ball Center.

That's our little secret for now. Only Oregonians and Indianans know.

I might switch Mitchell and Simmons. No one has seen Simmons play in a while. I'm not 100% sure John Collins' game fully translates against NBA defenders, but he could be first team as well.

Simmons will make it, despite your reservations. I think Jackson will be in the team too, as he is NBA ready and will get loads of minutes. Not sure about Tatum as he will be fighting for minutes. That's the problem when you a glut at the one position. There will be 1 or 2 dark horses who could push others out.

I love Swanigan's backstory. A trip inspiration to those facing adversity. I would love for him to succeed.

He's been killin it in SL and looks like he has a game that would translate seamlessly to the NBA. Looks like early years Zach Randolph with better eye for passing and 3pt range.
