All Star Game reform

Summer 2016: All Star game is totally reformed. No East-West teams anymore, and no fan votes for the starting 5 and coach selections for bench. This is what will happen:
Fans vote the entire Popular Vote team.
Players vote for the entire Players' Vote Team
This is the Popular Vote Team:
LeBron James - 1,893,751
Stephen Curry - 1,848,121
James Harden - 1,771,375
Kevin Durant - 1,768,185
Kyrie Irving - 1,696,769
Giannis Antetokounmpo - 1,604,463
Russell Westbrook - 1,575,865
Zaza Pachulia - 1,528,941
Kawhi Leonard - 1,058,399
Klay Thompson - 1,054,304
Dwyane Wade - 979,566
Anthony Davis - 974,802
PG Curry / Irving / Russ
SG Harden / Klay / Wade
SF Durant / Giannis / Leonard
PF James / Davis
C Pachulia
Yes. Zaza is your starting Center. Fans tried to get him in two years in a row, give them what they want. (Fun fact: Zaza was 36th among Players Votes as well (19 votes), another fun fact: Klay was least popular among Players to actually make the Popular Vote team).
Now, for the Players votes: This is the team they've voted in:
DeMarcus Cousins 100
Isaiah Thomas 92
DeMar DeRozan 91
Jimmy Butler 68
Paul George 64
Marc Gasol 59
Kristaps Porzingis 51
Carmelo Anthony 50
John Wall 49
Kevin Love 47
Joel Embiid 43
Kyle Lowry 40
LaMarcus Aldridge 36
PG Thomas / Wall / Lowry
SG DeMar
SF Butler / George / Carmelo
PF Boogie / Porzingis / Love / LMA
C Gasol / Embiid
Does the Players' Team stand a chance against the Popular Vote team?
If not - can you create a team which would be able to beat the Popular Vote team?
