Raptors
Best: Vince Carter
Worst: Aleksandar Radojević or Michael Bradley or Rafael Araújo or Joey Graham or Terrence Ross or maybe even Marcus Camby simply based on who was drafted after him in the 96 draft.

Don't you think it is more than a little premature to state this?
What about Harold Miner or Khalid Reeves?

Nets best pick is arguably Bernard King who's famous as a Knick (played 2 seasons in NJ). Buck Williams has the best Nets career for a lottery pick. They haven't had many top 5 picks (8 in their NBA history) and in the years they have they were down draft class years:
Buck Williams in 1981 @ #3 - Tom Chambers @ #8
Derrick Coleman in 1990 @ #1 - Gary Payton @ #2
Kenny Andersen in 1992 @ #2 - Dikembe Mutombo @ #4
Keith Van Horn in 1997 @ #2 - Chauncey Billups @ #3, Tracy McGrady @ #9
Kenyon Martin in 2000 @ #1 - Jamaal Magloire @ #19 (the only other All-Star in that class)
https://basketball.realgm.com/nba/teams/Brooklyn-Nets/38/draft-history
Pretty underwhelming draft history.

They also were not very good, I don’t see bam being very serviceable though. I hope I’m wrong, but he’s not even getting garbage minutes lol

Re: Who are the best and worst lottery picks your team has chosen?
It's tough because clearly Andrea Bargnani at #1 was a huge ****, but at the same time that draft class was horrible so it's not like we missed a franchise level talent. Obviously would have rather Aldridge.
Valanciunas over Kawhi still hurts but it could have been worse like the Wolves taking Williams, Wizards taking Vesley, Hornets taking Biyombo, etc over Kawhi. At least JV has been our 3rd/4th best player during our best stretch of years in Raptors history

Zeke.
Darko.
Tehcnically, Isiah is pre-lottery, but I'll go ahead and assume you mean a high-first rounder.

He was nasty during summer league or pre-season, I can't remember which. What changed so quickly? Too much marginal talent in Miami for him to warrant some playing time?

How is Bam getting listed as a worse pick than Beasley?
I don't see how Bam could bust worse than Beasley, given where they were picked

Jerome Moiso if you count people that actually played.

Let's break down the Raps lotto picks into three categories:
Good:
Stoudamire
McGrady
Carter
Bosh
DeRozan
Valanciunas
So-so:
Camby (because of all the Hall of Famers drafted after him)
Villanueva
Davis
Ross
Bad:
Radojevic
Araujo
Bargnani
Jury is out on Poeltl. In a vacuum, Radojevic was probably the worst player. The circumstances behind Bargnani was worse though. It makes me sick that Colangelo is handling the careers of Embiid and Simmons right now. He doesn't deserve them.
