What Happened to the Dress Code?

Is it gone? I just saw Joakim Noah wearing a zip-up hoodie on the bench.

I think they drilled into the culture of the NBA that wearing your pants below your ass isn't acceptable, so as long as you're not dressed like you're in a crunk music video, you're probably good to go.

Maybe it's a Silver thing, because the dress code definitely loosen up quite a bit.

I think a year ago the league made Noah change from a grandpa sweater to a suit jacket mid game. Maybe they just gave up on Noah?

Thats why we need "one and done".
There’s never been a time in history when we look back and say that the people who were censoring free speech were the good guys.

They probably didn't recognize that Noah is still in the NBA.

i believe it was put in place to fix the "image" of the league and a part of many new rules to keep players in check
most guys are pretty good now, stay out of trouble and work hard and the leagues popularity is rising, so they're not trippin about what the guys are wearing anymore because they're representing the league the right way

Dress code is unnecessary imo.

I’d like to see players be able to dress like Snoop Dogg on the bench wearing a jersey that’s at least 3 sizes too big and sunglasses and a gold chain.

First we had people worrying about another man's hairline and now another man's clothes.

As to the magic.. Isaac was injured during our western road trip. We were wondering where he was on the bench cuz we couldn't see him on t.v. and it was reported that he forgot to bring a suit or jacket so that's why he couldn't sit on the bench.
